Who we are… 

We are not your average restaurant: we are currently the only Michelin star Restaurant in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire and we delighted to also be awarded a Michelin Green Star for sustainability this year. As a growing business it is a really exciting time to join our close knit team and learn new skills.

FRONT OF HOUSE WAITING STAFF

An exciting opportunity to join the Front of House team at Pensons, a Michelin star restaurant with rooms on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, ready smile and who is passionate about food and great customer service. Full training will be given although previous experience of bar and barista work would be an advantage, and own transport is ideal (although car share may be a possibility).

BREAKFAST/Chef De Partie CHEF

The Role…

We are offering a brilliant career opportunity to join Chris Simpson’s team. We are looking for a morning person with a can-do attitude who is hard-working and calm under pressure. A passion for growing your skill set is essential to learn and develop under our highly experienced Head and Sous Chefs and be responsible for breakfast service.  Could be a part-time role (mornings only Thursday-Sunday) for the right candidate.

Our ethos means that we are committed to using seasonal, local ingredients, a lot of which we grow or forage from the restaurant gardens and farm, so an interest in this is an advantage. Kitchen experience in Michelin or AA Rosette restaurants would be preferable but is not essential - your attitude is the most important quality we are looking for.

Great, supportive team around you. Beautiful work location. Really competitive salary and TRONC tips. Own transport is ideal. Up to 28 days holiday including a week at Christmas (pro-rata is a part time role). On-site accommodation available if required.
