Pensons Health & Safety Statement

Although there are no current restrictions in place regarding the hospitality industry, we believe it is essential that we continue to put the wellbeing of our guests and team at the heart of how we operate. We are delighted to be able to operate as usual and give a warm welcome to you during your visit to us.

We are confident that we have all the necessary procedures in place to ensure Pensons is a safe space for both guests and staff. Consequently, the following protocols are in place:

• Our tables will remain widely spaced and we will not be introducing additional tables.

• Our enhanced hygiene protocols remain in place and hand sanitisers are provided.

• Please note that our cancellation policies remain in place. Whilst we will do everything we can to re-sell your table if you have to cancel, bear in mind that the more warning you give us about this, the more likely we will be able to do so.
